What the published format says

The Consortium of Selective Schools in Essex states that candidates sit two tests: English and Mathematics. The English paper lasts 60 minutes with 10 minutes of additional reading time; Mathematics lasts 60 minutes. CSSE also states that Applied Reasoning was removed from the English paper from the 2025-entry examination onward.

How Homework Magic practises it

The Essex CSSE 11+ Full-Timing Simulation gives a 70-minute English block and a 60-minute Mathematics block. It uses original objective-answer questions for instant marking and does not reproduce official CSSE papers.

Important: Homework Magic questions are original independent practice. They are not official papers, and we do not reproduce confidential or copyrighted live-test questions.
