School data security and privacy in Homework Magic

Homework Magic separates public information from signed-in school tools. School Admin access is scoped to the school, private dashboards are not intended for search indexing, and school workflows are designed to avoid exposing unnecessary family or pupil information.

Data minimisation in school workflows

Supported pupil-list imports are used for the import workflow and are designed to be deleted after processing rather than kept as an extra copy.

Separate learning from statutory records

Homework Magic is not a replacement for an MIS, safeguarding record or other statutory school system.
